Amazing Breakfast Sandwich

This is so healthy and satisfying you can eat it for any meal. 
 
Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil
  • Sprinkle of Sea Salt
  • 1-2 Slices Sprouted Bread
  • 1 Organic Egg
  • 1/2 Avocado (or butter or goat cheese)

Directions:

  1. Toast 1 piece of sprouted bread
  2. Place sliced avocado on top. You can also use a pat of butter or goat cheese is delicious.
  3. Top with poached egg, or fried egg.
  4. Top egg with chopped tomato or leftover roasted veggies, asparagus works well.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and salt if desired.
  6. Enjoy !
